Policies
Cookie policy
Short version: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookie-free.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Some are essential to make a site work or keep it secure; others are used to track you or show you adverts. We do not use the second kind.
Cookies we set
None. Our own website does not set any cookies.
Analytics without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites.
Cookies set by other services
| Service | Where | Why |
|---|---|---|
Cloudflare (for example __cf_bm, cf_clearance) | Any page, and our forms | Strictly necessary. Protects the website and our forms from bots and attacks (including Cloudflare Turnstile). These cookies do not identify you. |
| Calendly | Book online and emergency pages | Runs the booking calendar. Calendly may set cookies needed for booking to work and to remember your preferences. See Calendly’s cookie notice (opens in a new tab). |
| Google Maps | Contact page, only after you choose to load the map | Shows an interactive map. Google may set cookies once the map loads. See Google’s cookie policy (opens in a new tab). |
If you prefer not to accept cookies from Calendly, you can book by calling us on 01706 376523 instead.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the booking calendar or forms, from working. The ICO’s guide to cookies (opens in a new tab) explains more.
